High-Pressure H20 Water Systems and Ultra High-Pressure Water Systems
RES Environmental Services provides a number of high and ultra-high pressure water systems for industrial and manufacturing customers. RES operates pressure systems that range from 3000 lbs to 40,000 lbs and flow rates from 100 gpm to 3 gpm.
C02 Blasting
We use extruded, dry ice pellets accelerated through a blast nozzle and sublimated (turning from solid to a CO2 gas) upon impact with the surface being cleaned. The process is similar to sandblasting without the abrasive effect. The procedure is moisture free, non-abrasive, non-conductive, non-corrosive, non-flammable, worker friendly.
Concrete Demolition and Surface Preparation
We provide pressures and flow rates capable of demolishing concrete leaving the reinforcing steel intact. Additionally, we can prepare a concrete or plaster surface for painting and or resurfacing.
Customized Cleaning Systems
we have extensive experience designing and executing custom cleaning systems for a variety of industries. Each application is analyzed to determine the best pressure level and flow rate necessary for optimum cleaning and the most efficient disposal of any wastes generated.
High-Pressure Water and Abrasive Cutting
We provide high pressure water and abrasive cutting. This service line is particularly applicable in situations where the vessel or piping system has flammable or explosive properties, and a cutting torch or mechanical cutting system would be ill advised.
Hydro-Blasting
We provide hydroblasting equipment to safely and efficiently remove deposits that routinely build up in industrial process equipment. We use this equipment to clean deposits from vessels, lines and sewers, as well as contaminated surfaces.
Hydro-Excavation
We use a non-mechanical and non-destructive process which combines pressurized water and a high flow of moving air to simultaneously excavate at a controlled rate.
Painting and Surface Coatings Removal
We have the equipment and experience necessary to remove various types of coatings in support of the painting and surface coating industry. We have the ability to provide these services in conjunction with vacuum recovery systems to capture and dispose of the material being removed and the water used to remove it. Examples of these applications include:
- Hull blasting of marine vessels prior to applying painting systems.
- Removal of floor, wall mastics and paint.
- Removal of non-skid paint.
Ultra High-Pressure Abrasive Metal Cutting
We utilize ultra high-pressure water jetting for cutting metal using pumps and water jet abrasives. This process allows cold cutting of most hard materials with minimal shavings and dust.
