RES Environmental Services provides a number of high and ultra-high pressure water systems for industrial and manufacturing customers. RES operates pressure systems that range from 3000 psi (pounds per square inch) to 20,000 psi and flow rates from 100 gpm to 3 gpm.
We use extruded, dry ice pellets accelerated through a blast nozzle and sublimated (turning from solid to a CO2 gas) upon impact with the surface being cleaned. The process is similar to sandblasting without the abrasive effect. The procedure is moisture free, non-abrasive, non-conductive, non-corrosive, non-flammable, worker friendly.
We provide pressures and flow rates capable of demolishing concrete leaving the reinforcing steel intact. Additionally, we can prepare a concrete or plaster surface for painting and or resurfacing.
